The Job

To help our customers succeed, we are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Engineer. Your primary responsibility is making the deployment of our products at our customers a success! You will be involved from the start when defining the right configuration up to the delivery, deployment, and future extensions. You have a vital role in the success of our customers, working closely with our sales team, product manager and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

·       Listen, analyze, and propose optimal solutions to clients

·       Replicate setups for analysis, testing, and adaptive approaches

·       Onboard new customers, ensuring efficient product implementation

·       Design, install, and deliver new product configurations

·       Answer queries, troubleshoot issues, and gather intel for Sales and Product managers

·       Update documentation and contribute to building a community of users

·       Offer local and remote assistance

What we look for

·       Talent to ask the right questions to understand the challenge

·       The gift to explain things clearly, in text, imagery or even video

·       Team playing and problem-solving skills, always looking for a better way to do things

·       A strong interest in data communications and network technology

·       Basic knowledge of IP is necessary

·       A pragmatical approach, the customer is always central

·       Proper knowledge of English, Dutch is a bonus

·       A Professional Bachelor in Industrial Sciences, electronics/ICT or equivalent through experience
